The Aeroasia-Hydromex Technologies Co. Ltd. approach to implementing the Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) for wastewater treatment comprises two essential elements: the anaerobic digester and the AOP equipment.
Within the anaerobic digester, the influent undergoes a minimum removal of 45% of organic contaminants, concurrently resulting in an elevation of pH levels. The AOP equipment complements this process by saturating the influent with ozone, leading to a chemical reaction that produces hydroxyl radicals crucial for effective treatment. The micro-bubbles generated by the system significantly enhance overall efficiency, reducing the required retention time for each stage. Tertiary treatment measures are also implemented to ensure consistent adherence to DAO 2016 parameters, with recycling for non-potable use remaining economically viable in certain scenarios.
